Single-Family Homes SUMMARY

Sales volume for single-family homes increased 2.32% YoY from 6,645 to 6,799 transactions.

Year-to-date sales reached a total of 65,090 closed listings.

Dollar volume rose from $3.31 billion to $3.38 billion.

The average sales price dipped 0.19% YoY from $498,160 to $497,232.

The average price per square foot subsequently declined from $208.36 to $207.30.

Median price declined 1.5% YoY from $399,990 to $393,995.

The median price per square foot also declined from $196.56 to $194.61.

Months inventory for single-family homes rose from 2.8 to 4.0 months supply.

Days to sell rose from 76 to 86.
