Sales volume for single-family homes increased 14.47% YoY from 6,137 to 7,025 transactions.

Year-to-date sales reached a total of 72,139 closed listings.

Dollar volume rose from $3.01 billion to $3.56 billion.

The average sales price rose 3.31% YoY from $490,766 to $506,990,

The average price per square foot subsequently rose from $207.43 to $208.64.

Median price rose 1.78% YoY from $393,000 to $400,000,

The median price per square foot declined from $194.61 to $193.99.

Months inventory for single-family homes rose from 2.9 to 4.0 months supply.

Days to sell rose from 76 to 90.
