Sales volume for single-family homes increased 4.72% YoY from 7,561 to 7,918 transactions.
Year-to-date sales reached a total of 50,780 closed listings.
Dollar volume rose from $3.9 billion to $4.15 billion.
The average sales price rose 1.7% YoY from $515,801 to $524,547,
The average price per square foot subsequently rose from $211.42 to $213.74.
Median price declined 0.99% YoY from $414,000 to $409,900.
The median price per square foot also rose from $198.14 to $199.16.
Months inventory for single-family homes rose from 2.6 to 3.9 months supply.
Days to sell rose from 71 to 78.
